Coaching to Reinforce Success

Convergent Impact takes the information derived from self-reported assessments and classroom lessons learned to inform and guide individualized one-on-one coaching.

The following actions are included:

  • Develop an individual plan of action for each participating leader. These plans will serve as the “map and compass” for all subsequent sessions.
  • Conduct reoccurring coaching sessions, either face-to-face or by phone, to isolate and solve the most pressing leadership challenges.
